Not Just Me: Anxiety, authenticity, and learning to embrace your weird - (by me)

I talk very openly about my issues with anxiety and depression - and people are always asking me how to manage it. So, I wrote Not Just Me. It has my personal story, the latest research on mental wellness issues, interviews with others on their anxiety, and all my favorite tools for managing anxiety and depression.

Yoga

Yoga is an incredible tool for calming the body and mind. You don't need to be fit or flexible or strong to do yoga, you just need a body, the ability to breathe, and a willingness to try.

My yoga videos are free on YouTube. Or you can take a live online class with me here.

Yoga with Adriene also has a ton of great free classes
